Infinity devised a phased design and construction program for this mixed-use residential PUD. It consisted of 172 units of various size town homes and small single-family lots. Our grading, roadway, and utility engineering designs allowed each phase to function independently, as well as optimized the efficiency and construction cost of the overall project.
