The Grove at Farmington Creek

This upscale gated PUD community consisted of single family homes, open spaces, and amenities. We provided engineering solutions for high ground water, geologic hazards, historic tree preservation, and a pressurized waste water system. House siting was preliminarily designed for each lot to assure feasibility.
